Returns
Please note that Bocan Couture does not offer returns or refunds.
We offer exchanges only, under the specific conditions outlined below.
Exchanges
Clients may request a one-time exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. After this period, we are unable to process any exchange requests.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Bedding collection pieces
• Personalised or custom measurement designs
All exchange requests must be approved in advance by our customer service team.

Our team will provide further instructions once the request is reviewed and approved.
Shipping Costs
• Clients are responsible for both-way shipping costs (return shipment and replacement shipment).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as Bocan Couture cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Gift Orders
If your order was received as a gift, our standard exchange policy applies.
• Refunds are not available.
• A one-time exchange between designs may be offered.
• The client is responsible for all applicable shipping and tax charges.
Colour & Product Disclaimer
Please note that colour perception may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations in colour are not considered defects.
Returns & Order Handling During Service Suspensions
From time to time, international courier operations may be temporarily suspended due to governmental regulations, geopolitical developments, airspace restrictions, or other circumstances beyond brand control.
Where delivery becomes temporarily impossible due to courier or governmental restrictions:
• Orders remain valid and securely reserved for shipment once delivery routes reopen.
• As this is a temporary and officially suspended courier operation, cancellations or returns requests submitted solely due to the shipping pause may be reviewed once delivery services resume.
These situations are external and industry-wide and do not reflect delays in production or fulfilment by Bocan Couture.
